Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you're covered.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, hijabs and underscarves can only be returned if unopened and unworn.
• Sale items can be returned under the same 14-day right unless marked final sale at checkout.

How to return

Email us at sheehabpranto@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 14 days, including standard delivery costs (express delivery upgrades are non-refundable). Faulty or incorrect items are refunded in full including return postage — contact us first and we'll make it right.
