Orders & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing error or suspected fraud), in which case you'll be refunded in full.

Products

We do our best to display colours and details accurately, but screens vary — minor variations are not a fault. Product photography may include styled or digitally produced imagery; garment details described in the product listing are authoritative.

Delivery & returns

Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding — belongs to Nikoo Life and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
